Abstract Successful management of toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) with tumor necrosis factor‐α inhibitors has been described in adults, but few cases have reported children. To date, only four pediatric TEN treated infliximab and one etanercept published. We present the case an 8‐year‐old boy diagnosed induced by levetiracetam, successfully etanercept, systemic corticosteroids, intravenous immunoglobulin.

Angiokeratoma circumscriptum is the rarest variant of angiokeratoma. Abstract Buschke‐Ollendorff syndrome (BOS) is a rare autosomal dominant genodermatosis caused by heterozygous mutations in LEMD3 and characterized connective tissue nevi sclerotic bone lesions known as osteopoikilosis.
