Abstract Successful management of toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) with tumor necrosis factor‐α inhibitors has been described in adults, but few cases have reported children. To date, only four pediatric TEN treated infliximab and one etanercept published. Angiokeratoma circumscriptum is the rarest variant of angiokeratoma.
