Femoral neck fracture (FNF) accounts for approximately 3.58% of all fractures in the entire body, exhibiting an increasing trend each year. According to a survey, 1990, total number hip men and women worldwide was 338,000 917,000, respectively. In China, FNFs account 48.22% fractures. Currently, many studies have been conducted on postdischarge mortality risk patients with FNF. However, there no definitive in-hospital or its influencing factors severe FNF admitted intensive care unit.
