Approaches are needed for therapy of the severe acute respiratory syndrome from SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus (COVID-19). Interfering with interaction viral antigens angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE-2) receptor is a promising strategy by blocking infection coronaviruses into human cells. We have implemented novel protein engineering technology to produce super-potent tetravalent form ACE2, coupled immunoglobulin γ1 Fc region, using self-assembling, tetramerization domain p53 protein. This high...

Abstract Infection by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) causes COVID-19 disease. Therapeutic antibodies are being developed that interact with viral spike proteins to limit infection of epithelium. We have applied a method dramatically improve performance anti-SARS-CoV-2 enhancing avidity through multimerization using simple engineering yield tetrameric antibodies. re-engineered six human p53 tetramerization domain, including three clinical trials casirivimab,...

This paper presents an algorithm, similar to implicit sphere tracing, that ray marches 3D non-convex shapes for efficient collision detection. Instead of finding points on the surface where individual rays strike, entire shape is marched in unison by a lower bound boundary distance, calculated at closest point between two surfaces. Advancing one towards other this new allows us identify contact few steps. method supports arbitrary nonconvex shapes, and can be run parallel. We apply...
