Abstract We investigated subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) macrophage subpopulations and identified relevant key genes for improving diagnostic therapeutic strategies. SAH rat models were established, brain tissue samples underwent single‐cell transcriptome sequencing bulk RNA‐seq. Using data, distinct subpopulations, including a unique subset, identified. The hdWGCNA method revealed 160 macrophage‐related genes. Univariate analysis lasso regression selected 10 constructing model. Machine...

To address the low coverage and slow convergence of existing path planning algorithms for cleaning robots on complex surfaces, an improved Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) algorithm-based method is proposed. The results show that PPO algorithm can effectively complete robot's end-effector in tasks surfaces.

Abstract Mitochondrial RNA modification (MRM) plays a crucial role in regulating the expression of key mitochondrial genes and promoting tumor metastasis. Despite its significance, comprehensive studies on MRM lower grade gliomas (LGGs) remain unknown. Single-cell RNA-seq data (GSE89567) was used to evaluate distribution functional status, correlation MRM-related different cell types LGG microenvironment. We developed an scoring system by selecting potential using LASSO regression analysis...

This study employed a comprehensive single-cell analysis approach to explore the role of cell apoptosis-related genes in muscle aging. The RNA sequencing data from GSE143704 dataset were used identify distinct clusters and assess gene expression patterns related apoptosis activation. "limma" package was hub genes, after which we performed Gene Ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) relevant pathways. Additionally, Set Enrichment Analysis(GSEA) Variation Analysis (GSVA) uncover...

Due to the heavy calculation and low estimation precision with little signal-to-noise (SNR) of MUSIC (multiple signal classification) algorithm in partial discharge location used ultrasonic phased array, this paper, a new method is proposed based on root-multiple classification (Root-MUSIC). Firstly, Root-MUSIC for direction arrival estimating PD source. Secondly, space source realized by crossover principle. Finally, result simulation 7 times plane array model vertifies correctness method.

ABSTRACT Introduction Observational studies have shown a bidirectional association between gastroesophageal reflux (GER) and chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) or rhinitis (CR), but it is not clear whether this causal. Objectives This study was to investigate the causality GER CRS CR using two‐sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis. Methods Using pooled data from large genome‐wide (GWAS), genetic loci independently associated with GER, in populations of European American ancestry were...
