Thymoquinone (TQ), a bioactive compound found in Nigella sativa , cannot be orally consumed due to its lipophilicity. In order overcome this low bioavailability, TQ is loaded into colloidal drug carrier known as nanostructured lipid (NLC). This study aims determine the antiproliferative effects of and TQ‐NLC on liver cancer cells integrated with hepatitis B genome, Hep3B. The Hep3B was treated or for 24, 48, 72 hours via MTT assay. results confirm that inhibited growth at IC50 <16.7 μ M...
Wound healing is a regulated biological event that involves several processes including infiltrating leukocyte subtypes and resident cells. Impaired wound one of the major problems in diabetic patients due to abnormal physiological changes tissues cells processes. Thymoquinone, bioactive compound found Nigella sativa has been demonstrated possess antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant effects. Today, rapidly progressing nanotechnology sets new alternative carrier enhance favour speed...
