In this study, experiment study on characteristic of radiant ceiling cooling system combined with fresh-air was carried out in Nanjing China. Mainly, the influences supply parameter capacity capillary tube were analyzed, at meantime, experimental results showed that flow rate which meet health standard could well control indoor humidity.
