The goal of this study is to compare the response rate and recurrence available therapeutic modalities in treatment Idiopathic Granulomatous Mastitis (IGM). 374 patients with pathologically confirmed IGM, were included. They subdivided into three levels severity. Close observation had best lowest mild moderate cases. Severe cases mostly treated by prednisolone or underwent surgery. outcome use severe was comparable NSAIDs. Overall 9% resistant surgical intervention still an option among them.
