The relationships between gender, entrepreneurial self–efficacy, and intentions were examined for two sample groups: adolescents adult master of business administration (MBA) students. Similar gender effects on self–efficacy are shown both groups support earlier research the relationship career intentions. Additionally, entrepreneurship education in MBA programs proved stronger women than men. Implications educators policy makers discussed, areas future outlined.
