Background Diffusion‐weighted imaging (DWI) is a useful technique to detect pancreatic lesion. In DWIs, field‐of‐view optimized and constrained undistorted single‐shot (FOCUS) can improve the spatial resolution multiplexed sensitivity‐encoding (MUSE) gain high signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR). Based on advantage of FOCUS MUSE, new DWI sequence—named FOCUS‐MUSE (FOCUS combined with MUSE)—was developed delineate pancreas. Purpose To investigate reliability compared FOCUS, MUSE (SS) via systematical...

Objectives: IMP7068 is a potent and selective inhibitor of WEE1 kinase. Following oral administration predominantly metabolized by CYP3A4 in the liver. The major metabolite, IMP7253, also pharmacologically active. Population pharmacokinetic (PK) modeling was conducted to characterize concentration-time profiles IMP7253 patients with advanced solid tumors. Methods: population PK analysis based on data from Phase 1 dose-escalation study (IMP7068-101). dataset contains 1006 1028 quantifiable...

Objectives: Rivoceranib (rivo) is a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Camrelizumab (cam) humanized monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD-1). The combination (combo) of rivo 250 mg once daily (QD) and cam 200 every 2 weeks (Q2W) has shown favorable clinical efficacy for the treatment patients (pts) with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in pivotal Phase 3 study (Study CARES-310). Hepatotoxicity was one...

Abstract Objective Ephrin type‐B receptor 1 (EphB1) is a tyrosine kinase involved in axon guidance, synaptic plasticity, and tumorigenesis. However, the role of EphB1 metabolic regulation obesity remains poorly understood. This study aims to uncover energy metabolism provide insights into underlying mechanisms by which regulates obesity. Methods Two Ephb1 mutations identified from forward genetic screen for obesity‐related loci mice were examined their effects gene expression, metabolism,...

Abstract Co-targeting PD-1/PD-L1 and TIGIT/CD226 is being pursued to broaden the efficacy of current immunotherapy. Here we demonstrate that a bispecific antibody (BsAb) targeting PD-L1 TIGIT, HB0036, shows major advantages over combination two parental monoclonal Abs (mAbs). We demonstrated HB0036 co-engages + tumour cells TIGIT T cells, thereby upregulates CD226 on induces greater T-cell proliferative response compared antibodies in vitro . To predict the treatment response for NPC patients is very important. This study aimed to explore diagnostic performance of 3D APT imaging on predicting patients. A total 40 and 14 healthy volunteers were identified in this study. Result show that MT values have good excellent intra- inter-observer agreement. It significant difference between residual non-residual group. The result suggests pre-treatment can be used with chemoradiotherapy, better than ADC value.
