Novel small contact fabrication technologies were proposed to realize reliable high density 256Mb PRAM(phase change memory) product. Introducing the 2-step CMP (chemical mechanical polishing) process and ring-shaped structure, area distribution was greatly improved even at smallest diameter of 50nm node. The validity this approach directly confirmed by evaluation functionality for fabricated 256Mbit PRAM based on 0.10/spl mu/m CMOS technology.

본 연구에서는 쌀에 인위적으로 조성된 잔류농약이 세척 및 취반 과정에서 제거되는 정도를 측정하였다. 백미의 농약처리 직후 isoprothiolane과 fthalide의 농도가 각각 <TEX>$7.134{\pm}0.03mg/kg$</TEX> <TEX>$2.024{\pm}0.04mg/kg$</TEX>이었으며 현미에서는 <TEX>$17.941{\pm}1.41mg/kg$</TEX> <TEX>$6.413{\pm}0.19mg/kg$</TEX>이었다. 1회 후 백미와 현미에서 isoprothiolane의 제거율은 23.0% 18.5%이었으며, 14.0% 9.7%이었다. 횟수가 증가함에 따라 각 잔류농약의 제거량은 많아지나 감소하였다. isoprothiolane 과 경우 66.0% 79.0%이었으며 현미의 경우에는 88.7% 92.9%이었다. 농약제거율이 취반과정보다 세척과정에서 더 높았으며, 취반과정에서 높았다. 농약제거를 위한 가장 적합한 방법은 5회 30분간 물에 불리고 새 물로...

ABSTRACT We successfully developed 256Mb Phase Change Random Access Memory (PRAM) based on 0.10μ m-CMOS technologies using ring type contact. The writing current with uniform CD process variation of Bottom Electrode Contact (BEC) was achieved by improving CMP and developing core dielectric material. Also, the contact scheme provided strong reliability such as cycling endurance data retention time for 256 Mb high density PRAM.
HPLC-UVD를 이용하여 diflubenzuron이 다종농약다성분 분석법 제2법에 적합한지를 검증하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 유효성을 검증하기 위하여 농약이 검출되지 않은 시금치, 엇갈이배추, 가지, 애호박, 청피망, 오이, 참외 등 7종 농산물을 대상으로 직선성, 특이성, 검출한계, 정량한계, 정확성, 정밀성을 확인하였다. Diflubenzuron 표준용액을 0.05-5 mg/kg 농도로 희석하여 분석한 표준검량선의 직선성은(<TEX>$R^2=0.99999$</TEX>)은 매우 만족할 만한 수준이었다. 검출한계는 0.008 mg/kg, 정량한계는 0.02 이며 회수율은 77.5-105.6%, 상대표준편차는 최대 20% 미만, 정밀도는 intra-day test에서 0.4-1.9%, inter-day 0.7-1.9%를 나타내어 잔류농약분석법에서 허용하는 회수율 기준 70-120% 범위와 상대표준편차 이하의 기준에 적합하였다. 서울지역 지하철역사내 자판기에서 판매되는 음료현황 및 설문조사 결과, 자판기 진열음료 중 탄산음료의 비율이 36%으로 가장 높았고, 설문응답자들은 갈증해소를 위해 당류 함량이 많은 탄산음료와 이온음료를 구매하였다. 또한 다빈도 진열음료에 대한 함량 분석결과, 탄산음료 1회 제공량에는 평균 30.4 g, 최고 50.1 g 으로 각설탕(3 g)으로는 10개에서 17개 분량의 당류가 있었다. 이는 세계보건기구의 1일 섭취 권고기준 50 g의 60 % 수준이었고, 일부 탄산음료는 한 캔으로도 권고기준을 모두 섭취하는 제품도 Looking at the current status of beverages sold from vending machines in subway stations Seoul, it was found that carbonated accounted for highest percentage on sale machines, representing 36 all sold....
GC-NPD를 이용하여 pencycuron의 다종농약다성분 분석법을 확립하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 제시된 분석법의 검증을 위해 예비 실험을 거쳐 농약이 검출되지 않은 상추, 시금치, 엇갈이배추, 근대, 아욱, 배추를 대상으로 실험하였다.
