It is well known that doping can greatly affect the ferroelectric properties of Bi4Ti3O12: however, mechanisms effect, especially at B site, are not understood. The effect B-site with different ion sizes and valences on remanent polarization fatigue endurance was investigated to clarify mechanism doping. experimental results indicated both radius concentration oxygen vacancies have no certain relation enhancement polarization. However, play an important role in doped Bi4Ti3O12. briefly discussed.
