The Spin Physics Detector collaboration proposes to install a universal detector in the second interaction point of NICA collider under construction (JINR, Dubna) study spin structure proton and deuteron other spin-related phenomena using unique possibility operate with polarized beams at collision energy up 27 GeV luminosity $10^{32}$ cm$^{-2}$ s$^{-1}$. As main goal, experiment aims provide access gluon TMD PDFs deuteron, as well transversity distribution tensor via measurement specific...
In this work, we have investigated the photocurrent and spectral sensitivity of silicon/SrTiO3:xNb/perovskite structures. The sol–gel method carried out deposition undoped SrTiO3 layers as well niobium-doped (SrTiO3:Nb) at atomic concentrations 3 6% Nb. perovskite layer, CH3NH3PbI3−xClx, has been deposited by vacuum co-evaporation technique. characterized scanning electron microscopy X-ray diffraction measurements. volt–ampere characteristics fabricated samples measured under illumination...
This article describes a new method of thermochemical synthesis luminescent nanostructured powders Y2O3:Eu3+ and Y2O3:Bi3+, Eu3+ based on the burning nitrate salts in presence complex organic fuel consisting mixture carbamide hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA). It is established that using combined - HMTA reaction followed by calcination precursor at 650ºC gives more friable than with pure as fuel, large amount cavities. shown when preparing Y2O3:Eu3+powders, compounds anhydrous nitrates...
Abstract A potassium titanyl arsenate (KTiOAsO 4 , KTA) crystal 50 × 80 60 mm in size has been grown by upgraded Czochralski method from flux (TGGS) with a decrease temperature 900 to 770 °C during pulling. It is shown that the spectroscopic properties of parts KTA crystals at and are close, whereas electrical conductivity low-temperature (770 °C) part turned out be an order magnitude lower than high-temperature part. Visualisation domain structure second-harmonic generation microscopy...
