Essential proteins play an essential role in cell survival and replication. Currently, more computational methods are developed to identify proteins, which overcome the time-consuming, costly inefficient shortcomings with biological experimental methods. In order improve recognition rate, some new by fusing multiple features developed, but they seldom consider connection among features. After analyzing a large number of based on multi-feature fusion, phenomenon is found, called weak...

The ultra-wideband (UWB) multi-input multi-output (MIMO) radar technique is playing a more and important role in the application of through-wall detection because its high resolution, lower antenna requirements, efficient data capturing ability. This paper develops novel UWB MIMO system using stepped-frequency continuous-wave (SFCW) signal, which designed to detect human targets behind regular brick concrete wall. In order balance range resolution wall-penetration depth, miniaturized Vivaldi...

Abstract Background The associations between left atrial (LA) size, echocardiographic diastolic parameter (E/A ratio), and incident fibrillation (AF) in older inpatients remain underexplored. Aims This study aimed to evaluate the relationship LA E/A ratio, AF risk hospitalized patients. Methods Between January 2015 May 2023, a total of 2,615 (aged ≥ 65 years) were enrolled this retrospective longitudinal study. Left diameter (LAD) ratio measured using transthoracic echocardiography. Results...

Accurate and efficient assessment of highland barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) density is crucial for optimizing cultivation management practices. However, challenges such as overlapping spikes in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) images the computational requirements high-resolution image analysis hinder real-time detection capabilities. To address these issues, this study proposes an improved lightweight YOLOv5 model spike detection. We chose depthwise separable convolution (DSConv) ghost...

Cancer as a public health problem is driven by genomic variations in 'cancer driver' genes. The identification of driver genes critical for the discovery key biomarkers and development personalized therapy. We propose prediction method MNMO: multi-layer network model based on multi-omics data. MNMO firstly constructs dynamically adjusted four-layer composed miRNAs three kinds with different features. Then scores, ie, control capacity, mutation score, are devised calculated harmonic mean to...

A novel metal-free catalytic annulation was developed through a Lewis base-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation and the ensuing unprecedented intramolecular acylcyanation of alkenes. This protocol provides unique facile access to prepare enantioenriched densely functionalized dihydronaphthoquinones accompanied by enantiomerically pure 3,3-disubstituted phthalides bearing quaternary carbon centers.

Cancer is a complex genomic mutation disease, and identifying cancer driver genes promotes the development of targeted drugs personalized therapies. The current computational method takes less consideration relationship among features effect noise in protein-protein interaction(PPI) data, resulting low recognition rate. In this paper, we propose identification based on dynamic incentive model, DIM. This firstly constructs hypergraph to reduce impact false positive data PPI. Then, importance...
