This review examines the methods used to optimize process parameters of laser cladding, including traditional optimization algorithms such as single-factor, regression analysis, response surface, and Taguchi, well intelligent system neural network models, genetic algorithms, support vector machines, new non-dominance ranking algorithm II, particle swarm algorithms. Magnesium alloys are considered as candidate materials for temporary implants. Fatigue resistance and controllable rate of corrosion in bodily fluids essential such applications. The effect the grain structure produced by hot rolling equal channel angular pressing on fatigue behaviour bio-corrosion were studied alloy AZ31. results suggest that mechanical processing can be used to control both properties.
Stainless steel powders with different molybdenum (Mo) contents were deposited on the substrate surface of 45 using a 6 kW fiber laser.
