In the electrolytic machining of reaction process complex interaction between electric receiving field and flow field, model under different conductive angles heights was established through computer simulation software, profile change diagram surface workpiece in obtained by solving inner cavity dividing positions cavity. The results show that optimization angle can effectively protect non-processing area cavity, selection appropriate height improve processing efficiency.
