We describe a neural network for predicting the background hit rate in Belle II detector produced by SuperKEKB electron-positron collider. The network, BGNet, learns to predict individual contributions of different physical sources, such as beam-gas scattering or continuous top-up injections into collider, sub-detector rates. samples learning are archived 1 Hz time series diagnostic variables from collider subsystems and measured rates used regression targets. test learned model on data run...
