COVID-19, TB and HIV are infectious diseases of global public health concern. Triple Co-infection with these can create a diagnostic therapeutic dilemma. We present case young Cameroonian woman SARS-CoV-2 – HIV-TB triple co-infection. Early diagnosis appropriate management yielded an excellent outcome.
