Abstract The site‐selective and regioselective allylation of 2‐substituted indoles was performed by using a ruthenium(IV) precatalyst containing phosphine–sulfonate chelate. Mono‐, di‐, triallylated were selectively obtained depending on the reaction conditions with formation water as only byproduct. preparation 3‐oxindole derivatives then successfully owing to air oxidation corresponding allylated indoles. Diallylated pseudoindoxyls proven be good synthons perform cyclization through...

Abstract This manuscript reports on a suitable method for the synthesis of paracyclophane type, ferrocene‐bridged chiral phosphoric acids, which bear silyl‐substituents their frameworks. These acids have been obtained easily in enantiomerically pure form, by taking advantage ( S )‐(1‐phenyl‐2‐cyanoethyl)phosphorodiamidite as phosphorylating agent. They used then catalysts aza‐Friedel‐Crafts reactions between indoles and imines, giving high catalytic activity up to 98% enantiomeric excess....

Abstract We describe the synthesis of π‐extended phosphetene rings (4‐member P‐rings) flanked with PAH systems various topologies. These compounds are fully characterized including X‐ray diffraction. The impact both polyaromatic platform and P‐ring on structure, optical redox properties investigated experimentally theoretically. Although neither P centre nor 4‐membered ring significantly takes part in HOMO or LUMO orbitals, structural features have an important modulating role distorting...

A novel enantiopure π-allylruthenium(IV) precatalyst allowed the enantioselective and stereospecific allylations of indoles gave access to indolin-3-ones, containing vicinal stereogenic centers. Facile separation diastereoisomers exhibiting opposite circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) activities in diverse solvents, including water, demonstrated potential these sustainable transformations newly prepared molecules.

We describe the synthesis of four new polyaromatic fluoro-phores fused to a phosphetene ring (4-membered P-ring). These compounds are fully characterized including X-ray diffraction. Due presence stereogenic P-atom, all found as racemic mixture, which could be separated by chiral separation. The impact both poly-aromatic platform and P-ring on structure, optical redox properties investigated experimentally theoretically. Although neither P centre nor 4-membered significantly takes part in...
