Summary Keloids are well‐defined fibrous tissue overgrowths extending beyond the original defects. The purpose of our study was to compare efficacy liquid nitrogen cryosurgery alone with and intralesional triamcinolone acetonide combination. Study on 60 clinically diagnosed lesions keloids from 21 patients conducted alone. statistical analysis shows synergistic action corticosteroids may offer promise in treatment.

Abstract The adsorption behavior of 52 metal ions has been studied in DMSO-HCI systems using stannic arsenate layers. A remarkable feature this study is a dramatic decrease many when compared to the corresponding water-HCI systems. This specific DMSO effect explained and used for important binary ternary separations. In DMSO-5 M HCI (1:1), Zr4 + Mo6 have separated from each other mixture Th4 +, Ca2 Y3 Nb5 Ta5 In3 Ti4 rare earths.
Introduction: Acne Vulgaris is considered to be a multifactorial disease, which becoming highly prevalent amongst both teenagers and adults. Insulin resistance in adults suffering from was assessed found significant. Conclusion: The present study showed significant insulin acne vulgaris as compared controls. Materials Methods: This case-control included 200 patients out of 100 were with Grade 2-4 healthy Blood samples taken all participants for the detection Fasting Sugar levels following...

IntroductionThe nucleoside analogue reverse-transcriptase inhibitor Abacavir has potent antiviral activity against HIV; however, 5–8% patients develop hypersensitivity reactions within six weeks of treatment. The presence the HLA-B*57:01 allele is strongly associated with risk Abacavir-associated reaction (ABC-HSR). Prevalence varies in different populations. This observational study was performed to determine prevalence population Eastern India which included both HIV-positive and...
Background: Vitiligo is an acquired disorder of autoimmune destruction melanocytes. The management challenges include stabilizing the disease and devising methods for inducing repigmentation. Phototherapy laser therapy offer promising results, along with topical treatments such as Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor (bFGF)-related decapeptide. Aims: This prospective interventional study aimed to assess compare efficacy a triple combination fractional CO 2 laser, Narrow Band-Ultraviolet B (NB-UVB)...

: Melasma is a recalcitrant hyperpigmentary condition. The pathogenesis of melasma complex and not fully understood. Although many treatment modalities have been tried for but no modality considered as gold standard. This study aimed to compare efficacy intralesional platelet rich plasma with tranexamic acid (50mg/ml) in the facial melasma. Total 64 patients were enrolled current from July 2023 March 2024. In group A, 31 treated PRP B, 33 TXA (50mg/ml). Intralesional injections given every 4...
Introduction: Vitiligo is an amelanotic disorder that can manifest as localized patches to near total body depigmentation. It considered a cosmetic disease but it accompanied by extensive psychological effects. Multiple treatments have been tried until now no single method has achieved the desired response. Tacrolimus frequently used for vitiligo treatment with few adverse Microneedling newer modality of therapeutic wounding augments drug absorption. Combination microneedling and tacrolimus...
