In this paper, an improved stiffness model of the breathing crack composite shaft tube was established based on Layer-wise theory, which considered influence orientation angle and stacking sequence cracked layers. Then, compared with horizontal neutral axis model, Mayes' analytical model. The results showed that can more effectively reflect laminate parameters stiffness. Based bending characteristics were studied, effects obtained.
