A single-row suturing anastomosis (SRA) for an esophagogastrostomy was experimentally investigated in dogs. SRA not only shortened operating time, but also led to better pathological results when compared with double-row anastomosis. Seit vielen Jahren findet bei Ösophagogastrostomie bzw. Ösophagokolostomie die klassische zweireihige Anastomosierungstechnik Anwendung. Es wird über Resultate der einreihigen Allschichtennahtanastomosierung (ERA) und zweireihigen Anastomosierung (ZRA) im Tierexperiment berichtet. zeigte sich, daβ ERA weniger Zeit beansprucht mildere pathologische Veränderungen verursacht als ZRA.
