Eu2O3 nanotubes have been successfully fabricated by an improved sol-gel template method within the nanochannels of porous anodic alumina templates. The morphology, structure, and composition were characterized means X-ray diffraction techniques, scanning electron microscope, transmission microscopy, selected-area diffraction. results show that are polycrystalline with a cubic structure. outer diameter is 50-80 nm, thickness tube wall about 5 nm. mechanism nanotube formation was discussed.

Regular MgO nanoflowers were synthesized via a simple chemical route. The as-synthesized are single crystalline and consist of nanofibers which have lengths up to several micrometers diameters in the range 20–80nm, with an average 50nm. frequency spectra relative dielectric constant loss measured 50Hzto5MHz. Temperature also experimental results showed that much higher as compared micropowders, especially at low frequencies room temperature.

A facile incorporation of a privileged sulfide, naphthofuran framework, and perfluoroalkyl moiety in one molecule was successfully accomplished through tandem defluorinative sulfenylation α-perfluoroalkyl ketones with sulfur source. The reaction presumably proceeds via sequence involving defluorination, reductive sulfenylation, autoaromatization, annulation, accompanied by the simultaneous cleavage four C(sp3)-F bonds formation new C-S C-O bonds.
