The incidence of polyneoplasia was studied among the urban and rural populations Omsk Region. Urinary tract neoplasms constitute 10% total structure cancer morbidity, these occurring twice more frequently in population than one. Polyneoplasias involving urinary are metachronous 62.8%, synchronous 35.2%, metachronous-and-synchronous 1.2%, synchronous-and-metachronous 0.8%. Out 253 patients with tract, 176 (69.6%) died 77 (30.4%) survived during 8 years.
