We describe a case of voluminous rhabdomyoma (R) detected by fetal echocardiography at 32 weeks’ gestation (w.g.) obstructing the left ventricular inflow and aortic outflow tract, with moderate gradient birth, not needing immediate surgery. At follow-up, mass progressively regressed, leaving valve partly damaged, that increased to maximum 100 mmHg 9 years. The girl was then operated on successfully plasty valve. literature regarding R is discussed.
