A new species of the troglobitic spider genus Typhlonesticus is described from specimens found in Keloğlan Cave (Denizli Province, Dodurgalar Town), Turkey. gocmeni sp. n. on basis both sexes; and its phylogenetic relationships with closely related European genera are discussed based morphological molecular data (the cox1, rrnL H3 genes). Dasumia gasparoi sp. n. is described based on specimens of both sexes. The new species compared with the similar D. crassipalpis (Simon, 1882), from Syria; and mariandyna Brignoli, 1979, only previously known genus recorded Turkey. A remarkable dwarf schizopetalid, Euxinopetalum dobatorum Hoffman, 1973, is rediscovered in the Heracles Cave (type locality) Turkey.
