Photobiomodulation (PBM), encompassing low-energy laser treatment and light-emitting diode (LED) phototherapy, has demonstrated positive impacts on skin rejuvenation wound healing. Organic diodes (OLEDs) present a promising advancement as wearable light sources for PBM. However, the biological biochemical substantiation of their healing effects remains limited. This study aimed to ascertain safety efficacy OLEDs next-generation PBM modality through comprehensive in vitro vivo investigations.
Hair disorders, which are often attributed to conditions associated with a shortened anagen growth phase, oxidative stress, and hormonal dysregulation, especially during aging, have profound psychological implications. Currently, only minoxidil has been approved as topical hair solution; thus, alternative therapies for treating loss promoting health urgently needed. Herein, we aimed develop assess novel method promote using mastic (Pistacia lentiscus) gum peppermint (Mentha piperita L.)...
Abstract AP collagen peptides (APCPs) are enzymatically decomposed that contain tri‐peptides such as glycine‐proline‐hydroxyproline. We found APCPs increased the proliferation of both human dermal papilla cells (hDPCs) and outer root sheath (hORSCs). also stimulated secretion several growth factors, including IGFBP‐6, PDGF‐AB, PIGF VEGF in hDPCs. Moreover, enhanced phosphorylation Akt(Ser 473 ), GSK‐3β(Ser 9 ) β‐catenin(Ser 675 indicating activation GSK‐3β/β‐catenin signalling pathway. Ex...
