We present a series of measurements fluctuating perturbation in the angular correlation $^{111}\mathrm{Cd}$ ${\mathrm{In}}_{2}$${\mathrm{O}}_{3}$ powder samples. analyze temperature dependence associated hyperfine parameters and conclude that this arises from "aftereffects" following electron capture $^{111}\mathrm{In}$. discuss connection perturbed-angular-correlation aftereffects with local electric properties at impurity sites semiconductors.
