The aim of this study was to investigate and analyze how first-grade high school students experience a positive classroom environment (excitement, competition, connectedness, satisfaction, aspiration) by applying gamification as teaching strategy in physics classes. An experimental conducted within the topic conservation momentum energy, which N = 69 three classes took part. In group, one class with n 23 engaged lessons, using strategy. contrast, control group comprised two 46 students. My...
$\phi$ and K$^-$ mesons from Ni+Ni collisions at the beam energy of 1.91A GeV have been measured by FOPI spectrometer, with a trigger selecting central semi-central events amounting to 51% total cross section. The phase space distributions, yield K$^-$, as well kinetic distribution are presented. $\phi$\K$^-$ ratio is found be $0.44 \pm 0.07(\text{stat}) ^{+0.18}_{-0.12} (\text{syst})$, meaning that about 22% originate decays mesons, occurring mostly in vacuum. inverse slopes direct kaons up...
We present the first determination of energy-dependent amplitudes N⁎ resonances extracted from their decay in KΛ pairs p+p→pK+Λ reactions. A combined Partial Wave Analysis seven data samples with exclusively reconstructed events measured by COSY-TOF, DISTO, FOPI and HADES Collaborations fixed target experiments at kinetic energies between 2.14 to 3.5 GeV is used determine amplitude resonant non-resonant contributions into associated strangeness final state. The contribution masses 1650...
Research in the field of quantum physics is important for progress many areas exploration and development. Quantum computers other devices are promising technologies with numerous potential applications. On hand, understanding, interpreting, teaching, learning as part an educational process a major challenge. In Republic Croatia, students usually come contact concepts towards end their high school education. These often abstract represent remarkable leap from theories classical physics. The...
The urgent need for antibiotic alternatives has driven the search antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) from many different sources, yet parasite-derived AMPs remain underexplored. In this study, three novel potential AMP precursors (mesco-1, -2 and -3) were identified in parasitic flatworm
Quaternary ammonium compounds (QACs) are a biologically active group of chemicals with wide range different applications. Due to their strong antibacterial properties and broad spectrum activity, they commonly used as ingredients in antiseptics disinfectants. In recent years, the spread bacterial resistance QACs, exacerbated by infectious diseases, has seriously threatened public health endangered human lives. Recent trends this field have suggested development new generation parallel study...
We analysed the $\phi$ meson production in central Ni+Ni collisions at beam kinetic energy of 1.93A GeV with FOPI spectrometer and found probability per event $[8.6 ~\pm~ 1.6 ~(\text{stat}) \pm 1.5 ~(\text{syst})] \times 10^{-4}$. This new data point allows for first time to inspect centrality dependence subthreshold heavy-ion collisions. The rise multiplicity mean number participants can be parameterized by power function exponent $\alpha = 1.8 0.6$. ratio $\text{K}^-$ yields seems not...
The FOPI Collaboration at the GSI SIS-18 synchrotron measured charged kaons from central and semi-central collisions of Ni+Ni a beam energy 1.91A GeV. We present distribution K$^-$\K$^+$ ratio on vs polar angle plane in nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass frame, with without subtraction contribution $\phi$(1020) meson decays to K$^-$ yield. acceptance current experiment is substantially wider compared previous measurement same colliding system. K$^+$ spectra expected be sensitive in-medium...
Thermodynamics is a theory based on phenomenological premises and has wide applicability in science technology. However, it remains one of the most challenging subjects to understand teach, which makes an excellent candidate for research development teaching methods. In this research, questionnaire was used evaluate current knowledge Bachelor’s Master’s physics students, analyzing their immediate understanding topic exploring reasoning thought processes. The divided into three sections...
