Objective: Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination was introduced in Japan April 2013, as a national immunization program for girls aged 12-16 years, after an initial introduction 2010 public-aid 13-16 years. The Yuri-Honjo district had the highest vaccine coverage among women 17-51 years 2017, due to original program. aim of this study evaluate differences types HPV16/18 infections between 2008-2012 (pre-vaccine era) and 2013-2017 (vaccine era). Materials Methods: We evaluated whether HPV...

Abstract Aim We aimed to assess the amniotic fluid glucose concentration cut‐off as an indicator of fetal chromosomal abnormalities, such trisomy 13, 18, and 21. Methods This prospective observational study included pregnant females who underwent amniocentesis. Participants were divided into two groups on border 22 weeks gestational age (<22 ≥22‐week groups). Results In total, 224 in analysis. <22 week group, 15 had trisomies 13/18/21 174 no trisomies. ≥22 18 17 each there was a...
