The purpose of this study was to examine the epidemiology primary and revision total hip arthroplasty (THA) in teaching nonteaching hospitals.The Healthcare Cost Utilization Project Nationwide Inpatient Sample queried from 2006 2010 identify THAs at hospitals.A 1,336,396 223,520 procedures were identified.
