This study investigated the predictive factors of school counselor burnout informed by job demands–resources model. Structural equation modeling was conducted with a nationwide sample counselors ( N = 993). The results revealed that caseload and perceived organizational support were burnout. In addition, resources indirectly influenced mediated self‐efficacy. Implications for preventing promoting professional self‐efficacy are discussed.

Abstract This study examined the relationship between demands, resources, meaningful work, and burnout of counselors‐in‐training. The results structural equation modeling indicated that demands resources significantly predicted counselors‐in‐training, whereas work did not mediate burnout. Implications for counselor education are discussed.
A cluster analysis is an exploratory research method that contributes to identifying homogeneous subgroups and examining the structure of targeted data. This article provides four steps for conducting a counseling researchers practitioners: (1) select variable(s) clustering subgroups; (2) perform preliminary data processing; (3) determine use; (4) assess validity results. The purpose of this study is to explore the psychometric properties Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9 (UWES-9) using both Classical Test Theory (CTT) and Item Response (IRT) approaches, with a sample practicing school counselors (N = 356). results analyzing UWES-9 included information on item-level statistics, internal consistency, structural validity, concurrent validity. This convergent mixed-methods study examined the distinct burnout profiles of novice school counselors and their respective professional experiences. This study examined psychometric properties of scores on the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21 (DASS-21) with a nonclinical sample senior games athletes (N = 383).
