We performed retrospective analysis for terms survival outcomes response rate. Toxicity profiles also assessed.A total 65 patients, including 39 (60%) without previous cytotoxic or immunotherapy, eligible...
It is controversial that perinephric fat infiltration has an impact on survival in patients with renal cell carcinoma. Therefore, we evaluated the influence of and tumor size patient survival. We retrospectively reviewed medical records 783 77 pT1-2 (cN0M0) pT3a carcinoma, respectively. Sporadic unilocular noncystic carcinoma was included. Univariate multivariate analyses prognostic factors, including infiltration, cancer specific disease-free were performed. Median followup 56.0 months after...

On demand analgesics given to group 1 (n=18). Daily tamsulosin 0.2 mg was added for 2 (n=15) daily tolterodine 4 3 (n=20). The also subclassified appropriate or inappropriate according position. All completed...
To identify potential predictive factors of incidental prostate cancer (IPca) in patients considering tissue-ablation treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).From the 11 centers, 1,613 men who underwent transurethral resection (TURP) or open prostatectomy were included. Before surgery, biopsy was performed all with prostate-specific antigen (PSA) ≥4.0 ng/ml abnormal digital rectal examination (DRE) findings. The preoperatively PSA >20 excluded. As IPca, age, body mass index, PSA,...

Clinical Significance of a Large Difference (≥ 2 points) between Biopsy and Post-prostatectomy Pathological Gleason Scores in Patients with Prostate CancerWe investigated the clinical significance large difference biopsy-derived (bGS) post-prostatectomy scores (pGS).At 14 medical centers Korea, 1,582 men who underwent radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer were included.According to bGS pGS, patients divided into three groups: A (decreased pGS ≥ 2, n = 30), B (changed ≤ 1, 1,361; control...
Dendritic cells (DCs) are potent antigen-presenting cells. OK432 (Picibanil) was introduced as a stimulator of DC maturation in combination with prostaglandin-E(2) and interferon-alpha. We compared the efficacy DC-prostate cancer vaccine using early-mature DCs stimulated OK432, PGE2 INF-alpha (OPA) that vaccines other methods. On days 3 or 7 culture, TNF-alpha (T), LPS (TL) OPA were employed stimulators. DU145 subjected to heat stress hybridized mature polyethyleneglycol. T sensitized by...
