This study successfully synthesized microporous nitrogen-doped biomass porous carbon (NPSCs) through a two-step method, utilizing cost-effective peanut shells as the source, urea nitrogen and CH3COOK activating agent. By optimizing ratio of agent carbonization temperature, pore structure surface chemical properties NPSCs were effectively tailored. Characterization results revealed that exhibited significant number micropores, attributed to critical etching effect CH3COOK. The optimal sample,...
In this work, to evaluate the new circle microchannel device for removal of Cu2+ from water, various parameters on mass transfer effect and extraction efficiency were investigated by employing bis(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (D2EHPA) as an extractant kerosene a solvent. The mechanism water D2EHPA(R2H2) is follows: + 2.1(R2H2)(o) ⇔ (CuR2·2.2RH)(o) 2H(o)+. contact time diameter found have great volumetric coefficient (KLa). However, temperature, initial pH solution, D2EHPA volume fraction system...
The ternary system of K2SO4 + KH2PO4 H2O at (298.15 and 333.15) K was investigated by the method isothermal solution saturation moist residues. Thus solubility data were obtained, phase diagrams constructed on basis data. solid in mentioned above also identified. crystallization field potassium sulfate dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) determined, larger than that phosphate. density saturated solutions for systems studied measured. data, density, equilibrium can provide fundamental preparation...
Solvent extraction using organic solvents is an important technology for the purification of wet process phosphoric acid (WPA).In this study, WPA, a new type solvent system, cyclohexanol diluted in kerosene, was investigated. The equilibrium phase diagram system H 3 PO 4 H 2 O solvent mixtures at 313.2K obtained. The effects time, concentration, temperature, ratio on efficiency were studied. The extracted species shown to be 2H • 2C 6 12 O.The exothermic and enthalpy change, H, obtained.Via...
A novel rotating microchannel (RM) is made in our lab, which used for the demulsification study this paper. 2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid-2-ethylhexyl ester (P507)–water emulsion without a surfactant and kerosene–water with an emulsifier (sodium dodecyl sulfate) were considered. The influence of type, inner cylinder speed, declination angle, volumetric flow rate emulsion, cycle time on was investigated. results showed that organic phase present good performance parallel RM. principle...
A chemical coprecipitation method has been developed for the preparation of CaCO3 nanoparticles using a novel membrane dispersion microreactor with calcium chloride, sodium carbonate, and hydroxide as reagents. Compared traditional process in stirred tank reactor, developed, which makes it easier to control crystal size. The effects supersaturation, reaction time, feed flow rate, temperature on size particles have investigated. Synthesized products are characterized by TGA, FT-IR, XRD, SEM,...
Liquid−liquid equilibrium and tie line data in the system phosphoric acid/water/tri-n-butyl phosphate/calcium chloride has been determined at 298.15 K, concentration range from w = 0.028 to 0.20 acid 0 0.25 calcium chloride. Distribution coefficients of separation factors water were establish extracting capability tri-n-butyl phosphate. The results show that phosphate can serve as an adequate extractant recover dilute containing
Abstract BACKGROUND In china, the grade of phosphate ores has decreased sharply in recent years. Existing solvents are inefficient for extraction wet‐process phosphoric acid produced by low‐grade ores. Organic solvent dibutyl sulfoxide was developed to improve capacity acid, especially at low‐acid concentration. RESULTS The effects time, temperature, concentration and impurities on were investigated. process is exothermic enthalpy change –5.86 kJ mol ‐1 . Dibutyl relatively selective Mg 2+...
Microwave radiation has become an effective catalytic combustion method, especially in the degradation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as toluene using catalysts like MnO2. In this study, a spine waveguide microwave reactor was designed to investigate influence different processing conditions on catalyzed by An experimental system for microwave-assisted established explore relationship between power, catalyst conductivity, and rate. The results showed that efficiency MnO2...
Flow patterns of liquid‐liquid two‐phase fluids in a new helical microchannel device were presented this paper. Three conventional systems considered: kerosene‐water, n ‐butyl acetate‐water, and butanol‐water. Six different flow patterns, slug flow, continuous parallel discontinuous deformation parallel‐droplet droplet‐slug filiform‐droplet observed. The influence interfacial tension, structure, rotation rate on studied, universal pattern map was discussed. without mass transfer (0.1 g/g (10...
Abstract The very good extraction selectivity of Cu 2+ from water was demonstrated with a new microchannel equipment, by employing di‐(2‐ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid (D2EHPA) as an extractant and kerosene solvent. effects different experimental parameters on the efficiency E , volumetric mass transfer coefficient K L entrainment were experimentally investigated. results showed that increased increasing temperature, concentration, phase ratio (organic/aqueous), pH. total flow rate, ratio, pH...
Liquid–liquid equilibrium and tie line data for the nitric acid/phosphoric acid/water/tri-n-octylamine (TOA) system have been determined at 298.15 K HNO3 mass fractions of 0.028 to 0.26 H3PO4 0.00 0.19. The distribution coefficients acid (D1) water (D3) were studied, separation factors β(HNO3/H3PO4) was also investigated. results show that TOA is very selective, since only small quantities phosphoric are present in organic phase, which indicates good ability extract from mixtures....
