The interaction matrix of an adaptive optical system is directly computed. In this method, based on the correlation between measured and theoretical slope influence vectors selected actuators, misalignment wavefront sensor corrector first estimated, then more close to real one obtained. Experimental results show that with considering misalignment, acquired by direct computation becomes effective in closed-loop correction, residual error reduced.
