This paper develops estimating parameters for Morgenstern type bivariatedistribution by using bivariate ranked set sampling procedure as an alterna-tive method to simple random sampling. proposed gives anopportunity estimate all distribution's simultaneously whichis not investigated in previous studies, yet. This paper investigates estimating the association parameter of Morgenstern type bivariate distribution using a modified maximum likelihood method where regular methods failed to achieve estimation. The simple random sampling, concomitant ordered statistics and ranked set sampling are used compared. Efficiency bias produced estimators compared for two specific examples, uniform exponential distributions.
