Toxoplasma gondii is an important food-borne zoonotic protozoan parasite, which can infect endothermic animals, including pigs. However, data on T. in slaughter pigs Shaanxi Province were still lacking. To detect the seroprevalence and analyze risk factors of infection Province, Northwestern China, a total 784 serum samples collected from four administrative regions detected by indirect hemagglutination test for infection. Antibodies to found 19.9% (156/784) Moreover, seropositive rate was...
Environmental indicators have been developed widely to promote biodiversity conservation, ecological restoration, and nature resource management from local global scales. Ecoregions are effective tools for conservation of plant diversity, soil conditions can affect the diversity within ecoregions. Hence, substantial potential as effectively understanding Here, we used data 361 ecoregions seven variables in a regression analysis explore relationships between ecoregional (EPD). We found that...
Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) prepared using conventional functional monomers exhibit poor specific extraction of scopolamine from tropane alkaloids, which hinders their application in separation and purification. In this paper, a novel molecularly polymer (MIP) was by precipitation polymerization as the template, monoethyl fumarate (MFMA) monomer, ethylene dimethacrylate (EGDMA) cross-linker. The advantages supercritical fluid technology for removal template were verified comparing...
Taraxacum mongolicum is a perennial herbaceous plant in the family Asteraceae, with high edible and medicinal value widely planted China. In August 2022, leaf spots were found on T. Tianjiazhai Town, Xining City, Qinghai Province, China (36°27'17.65″N, 101°47'19.65E, elevation: 2,408 m). The plants exhibited round or irregular brown spots, centers of some gray (Fig. S1A). An investigation was performed over hectare area, incidence spot reached 15%-30%, seriously affecting quality yield...
The awnless trait is the favorite for wheat breeding in Qinghai, China, but major gene underlying unknown. This study aimed to analyze a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population containing 112 lines by crossing common varieties GY448 (awnless) and GY115 (awned) using genotyping-by-sequencing analysis. A total of 56.62 Gb clean sequence data were generated. was identified based on 101,275 single-nucleotide polymorphisms quantitative locus (QTL)-seq region from 685.50 709.77 Mb chromosome 5AL...
Abstract Qinghai Province is one of China's five major pastoral areas located in the northeastern part Qinghai‐Tibet Plateau, and animal husbandry plays a great local economy. One most important crops maize for silage, which sustains ecological husbandry. However, leaf spot disease has seriously impeded healthy development industry. We found that from 2019 to 2020 silage caused by Cladosporium was common Province. This formed water‐soaked round or irregular spots at early stage gradually...
Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) cultivars that produce black grains are thought to be more nutritious and contain powerful antioxidant properties, but little is known about the chemical foundation genetic mechanism behind this trait. In research, widely-targeted metabolome transcriptome analyses were employed unveil differences between white cultivars. A total of 157 differentially expressed metabolites found in The tannins flavonoids present at high levels grains. comprised 13...
Medicago ruthenica is a well-known high-quality forage due to its good palatability and strong tolerance drought, cold saline-alkali stress. Here, the complete chloroplast genome sequence of M. was reported. The 126,939 bp in length. This has no inverted repeat (IR) regions, which very common family Fabaceae. encodes 107 genes, including 73 protein-coding 30 tRNA 4 rRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis result strongly suggested that distinct lineage Medicago, being sister highly supported clade...
Abstract To address the high time cost and low efficiency of traditional terahertz (THz) metamaterial absorber (MMA) design, an adaptive method based on multi-objective particle swarm optimization (PSO) was proposed. First, we presented a symmetric four-split-ring resonator with cross-shaped top layer. The structural parameters were optimized by PSO (MOPSO) algorithms. simulation results indicated that MOPSO rapidly obtained geometric balance absorptivity quality factors. This quickly...
We present the design of an innovative dual-band terahertz sensor based on a metamaterial array and microfluidic channel. The sensing performance two ultra-high absorption peaks—with rates 99.96% 99.85%—generated in frequency band 0.2 to 1.2 THz is analyzed. Refractive indexes analytes are predicted be specific refractive index range, demonstrating very low prediction error rate proposed sensor. Further analyses show that designed has application potential label-free rapid detection.
Red-fleshed pummelo (Citrus grandis), a mutant of ‘Guanxi’, is an important economic plant rich in carotenoids. The transcriptome ‘Guanxi’ was compared with red-fleshed pummelo, the aim identifying key genes responsible for red flesh through RNA sequencing. In total, 44.11 and 47.71 Gb clean reads were respectively obtained after filtering white flesh. Altogether 46,425 unigenes, average length 1208 bp, assembled. Compared that flesh, 3722 up-regulated, whereas 1421 appeared down-regulated...
Medicago archiducis-nicolai Sirj. is a well-known high-quality forage as its good palatability and strong tolerance to drought, cold saline-alkali stress. Here, the complete chloroplast genome sequence of M. was reported. The size 127,072 bp in length. has no inverted repeat (IR) regions, which very common family Fabaceae. encodes 106 genes: 72 protein-coding genes, 30 tRNAs, 4 rRNAs. phylogenetic analysis result strongly suggested that distinct lineage Medicago, being sister highly...

Here, we designed several waterborne polyurethanes (WPUs) with efficient thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) via serving charge-transfer (CT) states as a mediate bridge between singlet and triplet to boost reverse intersystem crossing (RISC). By tuning substituents of diphenyl sulfone (DS), found that O,O'- S,S'-substituted DS covalently incorporated in WPUs solely show typical emission lifetimes the nanosecond range. Interestingly, TADF appears by replacing substituent nitrogen...
