Tacrolimus is the mainstem of immunosuppressive therapy in kidney transplant patients. It has high intrapatient variability (Tac-IPV), which been reported to affect graft function by predisposing patients rejection or nephrotoxicity. We conducted this study with aim assessing influence Tac-IPV on 2-year function, biopsy-proven rejection, and infections compliant renal recipients.
Cabergoline is routinely prescribed in the management of prolactin excreting adenomas and associated with low risk congenital malformations teratogenicity. Besides, factors such as; pro-fibrotic, cytokines, vascular endothelial growth factor, inflammatory and uric acid may play a role in creating progressing diabetic nephropathy. Decreasing serum level can be useful treatment Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate allopurinol's anti-inflammatory effects patients with chronic disease. Methods: In clinical trial, 60 normal were enrolled into...
Background: Limited number of medications are available for the post-exposure prophylaxis COVID-19 infection. Therefore, in present study, effect of preoperative administration acetazolamide was evaluated investigate whether it could prevent occurrence post-operative AKI CABG surgery. In this randomized controlled clinical trial, 130 patients who were candidates undergo elective from January 21, 2020 February 8, 2021 randomly allocated...
Abstract Background: With the introduction of new immunosuppressive agents like Sirolimus (SRL), we could increase long term allograft survival and decrease use other calcineurin inhibitors. SRL in combination with medications inhibitors can lead to graft function produce better long-term outcomes. Methods : We enrolled 40 kidney transplantation recipients trial followed them up for a duration 6 months Shahid Labbafinejad Medical Center. These patients were assigned receive Tacrolimus (TAC)...
