Abstract A simple and practical method of fluoroalkylthiolation using fluoroalkylsulfonyl chlorides (R f SO 2 Cl, R =CF 3 , C 4 F 9 8 17 CF H CH ) has been developed. These easy‐to‐handle reagents are powerful can be used for electrophilic electron‐rich arenes thiols diethyl phosphite as reducing agent. magnified image
Abstract A method for direct difluoromethylthiolation of Ar−H bonds is introduced. The stable and easy‐to‐handle HCF 2 SO Na reduced with (EtO) P(O)H in the presence TMSCl to generate S + regioselective aromatic compounds including indoles, pyrroles, activated benzenes. This also applicable trifluoromethylthiolation CF 3 perfluoroalkylthiolation R f arenes heteroarenes. Reaction mechanisms associated metal‐free electrophilic fluoroalkylthiolation reactions are discussed. magnified image
Breast reconstruction is highly recommended for patients subjected to breast surgery considering its impact on mental health. Current approaches include autologous-based tissue flaps, autologous fat grafting and artificial implants, which may cause severe adverse effects, including deformity morbidity. Recently, engineering methods integrating various biomaterials diverse stem cells the purpose of regenrating structures have been vastly explored. Nonetheless, regenerating refined...
Phase diversity phase retrieval (PDPR) has been a popular technique for quantitatively measuring wavefront errors of optical imaging systems by extracting the information from several designated intensity measurements. As problem is inverse and non-convex in general, accuracy robustness most such algorithms rely greatly on initial conditions. In this work, we propose new strategy that combines Limited-Memory Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno (L-BFGS) with points generated k-means clustering...
Renal interstitial fibrosis is the common pathway for a variety of chronic renal disease to final stage failure, main feature it large accumulation extra cellular matrix (ECM). Myofibroblasts major effector cells which lead synthesis ECM, an important source myofibroblasts epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT). Wnt/β-catenin signaling take part in regulation EMT, make become potential site anti-fibrosis therapy. Key words: Renal fibrosis; Epithelial-mesenchymal transition; Wnt signal...
