Abstract Selective photoreduction of carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) into high‐value C products remains a formidable challenge due to the elusive C−C coupling step. Herein, novel concept is first introduced that an amorphous‐crystalline hybrid structure can galvanize previously inert metal atoms, thereby establishing highly active dual sites. This ingenious configuration promotes coupling, paving way for CO products. Taking Bi MoO 6 nanosheets anchored by amorphous FeOOH species as example, X‐ray...
Abstract The duration of chorus elements is an important parameter to understand excitation and quantify the effects nonlinear wave‐particle interactions on energetic electron dynamics. In this work, we analyze rising tone statistically using Van Allen Probes data. We present distribution element ( τ ) as a function magnetic local time (MLT) geomagnetic activity level characterized by auroral electrojet A E index. show that typical value for nightside dawnside about 0.12 s, smaller than...
The Raman spectra of nanometer-sized Cr2O3 particles (annealed in air and vacuum at different temperatures) room temperature are reported. results show that the correlation between change spectrum nanometer its crystal size is from other materials. It was shown shifting broadening were related to defect structures produced by an oxygen deficiency material not due a grain effect.
By assuming that the mean-field transition temperature ${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{m}}$ is higher than superconducting ${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{c}}$, and scattering between electrons impurities important, we crudely estimate electric conductivity ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\sigma}}}_{\mathit{a}\mathit{b}}$ in ab plane ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\sigma}}}_{\mathit{c}}$ along c direction high-temperature superconductors. Since coherence length unusually short, a metallic dependence of nonmetallic behavior are...
Abstract The duration (τ) and chirping rate (Γ) of whistler mode chorus waves are two the most important properties to understand generation mechanism quantify effects nonlinear wave particle interactions on radiation belt electron acceleration. In this study, we perform first statistical analysis falling tone elements using Van Allen Probes data. We found that τ increases Γ decreases with increasing L ‐shell, although dependence is weak. from dawnside dayside have similar distributions,...
Abstract Suprathermal ions have not been observed inside magnetic flux ropes, although energetic electrons extensively detected and were thought to be accelerated ropes. In this paper, we present the first observation of suprathermal a rope in Earth's magnetotail with spatial‐scale tens ion inertial length. This was propagating earthward, its leading part substantially compressed while trailing significantly stretched. The can whole displayed distinct pitch angle distributions between parts....

Abstract We shall present our theoretical studies of a Josephson junction small size in lossless cavity. When the two superconductors are at order micrometres and coupling constant is adjusted to correct magnitude, found be reduced two-level system owing finite-size effect quenching low-lying single-electronic excitations by superconducting gap. such placed high-quality microwave cavity, with single photon g may extremely large, for instance 108 s−1. On other hand, damping rate cavity field...
Explicit 3D migration has the capability of imaging steep dips in presence strong lateral velocity variations. However, it been an unsolved problem to migrate onto rectangular bins since Hale put forward McClellan transform based scheme. This paper describes explicit extrapolator on a modified with interpolation built operator, which handles unequal sampling intervals inline and crossline directions. The transformation matrix is compact accurate. Theoretical analysis numerical examples show...
