We report a case of rhabdomyosarcoma the middle ear and mastoid in 3-year-old boy. Leiomyosarcoma of the larynx is an extremely rare neoplasm; only about 50 cases have been reported in English-language literature. We report a new case laryngeal leiomyosarcoma 65-year-old man.
