We reported on W-doping induced antiferroelectric to ferroelectric phase transition in PbZrO3 (PZO) thin films prepared Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by a chemical solution deposition method. The has been studied through polarization-electric field hysteresis loop, capacitance-voltage characteristic, and Raman scattering measurements. Suitable amount increased the saturated polarization of W-doped PZO films, whereas exhibited higher dielectric constant with high dielectric-bias voltage tunability...

A method to improve charge and energy storage performance of PbZrO3 (PZO) thin films by α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles (NPs) doping is proposed. The PZO were deposited on Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates a chemical solution deposition method. effect NPs structure electrical properties has been investigated in detail. maximum polarization (Pmax) ∼78 μC/cm2 recoverable density as high ∼17.4 J/cm3 have achieved the doped at ∼600 kV/cm, which are increased 69.6% 65.7% compared un-doped films, respectively....

We demonstrate here guided mode resonance (GMR) concentric circular grating filters (CCGFs) on an HfO 2 -on-silicon platform. The fabricated devices are realized with a membrane structure by completely removing the silicon substrate beneath device layer and, thus, can operate across entire visible wavelength band. Polarization-insensitive properties under normal incidence experimentally...

We design and theoretically investigate freestanding gallium nitride (GaN) high contrast grating (HCG) membranes as broadband reflectors operating at the visible wavelengths. Optimization of structural parameters is accomplished by using particle swarm optimization (PSO), rigorous coupled-wave analysis (RCWA) method adopted to evaluate optical spectrum internal electric field intensity distribution all structures. The proposed reflector exhibits a 99% reflectance bandwidth 84 nm, good...

We report on a new route to greatly enhance the photoluminescence of Eu³⁺ doped ferroelectric polycrystalline oxide thin films: surface modification grains with silver nanoclusters (NCs). The Ag Bi₃.₆Eu₀.₄Ti₃O₁₂ (BET) films were prepared by chemical solution deposition method. According XRD, TEM and XPS analysis, partially oxidated NCs have been formed surfaces BET grains. A enhanced was obtained in wide range doping level. Role enhancement investigated means absorption, emission excitation...

We design and implement one type of guided mode resonance (GMR) circular grating filters (CGFs) on an HfO2-on-silicon platform. Taking advantage angle-resolved micro-reflection measurement system, we achieve their incident angle- polarization-dependent reflection spectra. For normal arbitrary linear polarization, a pair peaks is experimentally observed due to the coexistence azimuthal component Ea radial Er wave electric field (E-field). oblique s-polarization (E-field perpendicular plane),...

Micro-nano grooves incorporated into a suspended GaN sheet is proposed for active and passive monolithic integration of silicon based InGaN/GaN blue LEDs. Rigorous finite element method (FEM) simulation performed to investigate the efficiency coupling enhancement regulation effect. The imported from source waveguide significantly improved, especially small angle incidences membrane thickness, due grating overall increased by 240% in ±30° incident range, 140% ±70° with 300 nm thickness 260...
