We present a case of middle-aged man with one-year history waxing and waning, painful, raised, erythematous rash on the sole his right foot. Examination revealed tender, livedoid nodules plantar aspect base first metatarsal, no other abnormalities routine blood tests including comprehensive autoimmune screen were normal.
