Gastric cancer (GC) ranks as the fifth most prevalent and fourth deadliest worldwide. In Middle East North Africa (MENA) region, GC represents about 4.8% of cases with more than 35,000 new in 2020. To strengthen improve management this a group MENA experts field developed first consensus recommendations for advanced GC. A total 28 statements were drafted, discussed voted on, using modified Delphi process, during virtual meeting. The addressed areas epidemiology, biomarkers treatment.
