A new transparent iridium oxide (IrOx) film on fluorine-doped tin (FTO) electrodes were achieved from a homogeneous precursor complex solution by employing facile spin-coating technique. The composition of the nanostructure and crystallinity IrOx is tunable simple annealing treatment compact layer, which responsible for their significantly different electrocatalytic performances water oxidation. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observations showed uniformly dispersed small...

Dependence of crystal symmetry, electrical conductivity, chemical state Fe and optical property LnFeO3 (Ln: La, Pr, Nd, Sm) on kinds Ln3+ was investigated. All the showed orthorhombic structure, with which order high symmetry LaFeO3 > PrFeO3 NdFeO3 SmFeO3. Using tolerance factor, successfully explained. The conductivity all specimens could be explained by using small polaron hopping model. With increasing crystallite increased activation energy for conduction decreased. This can ascribed to...

We have developed a new apparatus to evaluate thermal duffusivity and effusivity distributions of functionally graded materials (FGMs) by photothermal radiometry (PTR). Since this method is applicable the low modulation frequency range down 1 mHz, it suitable for measurement thermally thick samples such as FGMs. solved heat conduction equations multi-layered model present PTR measurement. The effects on phase lag caused three-dimensional flow in also been analysed. For solving inverse...

Abstract Thickness dependence of the dielectric and piezoelectric properties (1- x )Pb(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 - PbTiO (PMN- PT) single crystals ( = 0.28, 0.29, 0.30) grown using modified Bridgman method was investigated. After annealing repoling, free constant 7600 loss lower than 2.1% were obtained for 0.05 mm thick PMN-0.30PT, which are superior to previously reported similar thicknesses. Although PMN-0.28PT PMN-0.29PT decreased by up 10% as sample thickness from 0.30 mm, it improved after...

In general, steam curing is applied to improve the productivity of precast concrete products. After curing, products are stored outdoors for secondary before shipment. However, drying shrinkage and microcrack expansion that occurs during may impede strength enhancement. On other hand, water also clearly effective as a process. installing pool in plant not easy due limited space. Polychromium-oxo-deposited TiO2 (CrIIIx Oy /TiO2 ) electrodes were fabricated by a simple electrochemical technique using different basal (anatase, rutile, and mixed polymorphic phases P25) as earth-abundant photoanodes for visible-light-driven water oxidation. The high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) observation illustrated that an CrIIIx layer with approximately 2-3 nm thickness was formed on the surface of crystalline particles. Upon visible-light irradiation...
