Preharvest sprouting (PHS) is an unfavorable trait in cereal crops that significantly reduces grain yield and quality. However, the regulatory mechanisms underlying this complex are still largely unknown. Here, 276 rice accessions from 3000 Rice Genomes Project were used to perform a genome-wide association study. In total, seven PHS-associated quantitative loci (QTLs) identified, including two novel QTLs five previously reported QTLs. Among them, four identified 2020 2021, carrying at least...

Abstract Delivering energy in vivo is essential for treating mitochondrial damage‐related diseases. Current methods, including natural transplantation and artificial delivery systems, lack non‐destructive, external energy‐free, clinically viable potential solutions. Here, nanorobots (AMNs) carrying high‐energy phosphate bonds rebuild the supply system to provide energy. Using ischemic heart disease (IHD) as an energy‐deficient model oral route, which has high patient compliance facilitates...

Highly (00l)-textured antimony telluride films were fabricated using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) on Si (111) substrate at 280 °C. X-ray diffraction analysis implying the samples have good crystalline quality, simultaneously, grain sizes coarsening with increasing thickness. The results of Hall coefficient measurement demonstrated that carrier concentration and mobility are strongly affected by boundaries microcrystalline internal defects. It was found play a primary factor influencing in...

Cluster is the intermediate of individual atom and larger agglomeration. The structural evolutions clusters are critically important to explore physical properties bulk solids. Here, we carry out systematic structure predictions medium-sized vanadium-doped boron by using crystal analysis particle swarm optimization method combined with density function theory calculations. A great deal low-lying isomers attractive geometries discovered, such as crown-like VB18-cluster drum-like VB20-cluster....

In this paper, we propose a method aiming to measure the absolute distance via slope of inter-mode beat phase by sweeping repetition frequency comb. The presented approach breaks inertial thinking extremely stable comb spacing, and bulky phase-locking circuit is not required. particular, non-ambiguity range can be expanded infinite. To verify performance method, series experiments have been devised in different scenarios. Compared with reference values, experimental results show differences...

Using AdS/CFT correspondence, we study the imaginary part of heavy quarkonia potential from thermal fluctuations in a strongly coupled plasma. We perform analysis rotating deformed AdS black-hole background. It is shown that presence angular velocity decreases onset thus enhancing dissociation, agreement with previous findings entropic force. Moreover, by increasing velocity, width becomes smaller.

Applying AdS/CFT correspondence, we study the effect of a constant magnetic field $\mathcal{B}$ on drag force associated with heavy quark moving through strongly-coupled $\mathcal{N}=4$ supersymmetric Yang-Mills (SYM) plasma. The is considered transverse and parallel to $\mathcal{B}$, respectively. It shown that for case, linearly dependent in all regions. While increases monotonously increasing also reveals linear behavior regions strong $\mathcal{B}$. In addition, find has important case...

We study the energy lost by a rotating heavy point particle along circle of radius l with angular velocity ω in N=4 super Yang-Mills (SYM) theory chemical potential from holography. compute loss both drag force channel and radiation channel, respectively. It is shown that for cases inclusion tends to increase loss, consistently findings linearly moving quark.

Using the AdS/CFT duality, we study jet quenching parameter and drag force in a deformed AdS background with backreaction due to gluon condensate. It is shown that two quantities both decrease as value of condensate decreases deconfined phase. In addition, near critical temperature $$T_c$$ QCD deconfinement transition, has stronger effect on than parameter.

The imaginary part of a heavy quarkonium potential is studied at finite temperature and chemical using holographic AdS/QCD model with conformal invariance broken by background dilaton. It shown that the presence confining scale increases absolute value thus increasing thermal width, reverse to effect potential. One step further, results imply inclusion reduces quarkonia dissociation while enhances it.
