Leucism is a rare chromatic aberration, manifested by the total or partial absence of melanin in skin. This study reports case leucism fish Lebiasina bimaculata (Characiformes: Lebiasinidae), Chongon river, Ecuador. The individual with presented depigmentation all over body, except iris and on base third scale fourth longitudinal scale-series. With this case, there are 19 records aberrations South American freshwater fish.
