With the emerging demands of new communication services, contradiction between capacity demand and spectrum shortage railway systems becomes more severe. How to provide broadband services has become key goal future smart high-speed (HSR) systems. Millimeter wave (mm-wave) frequency band abundant resources can with large bandwidth. However, due train as well complexity dynamics environments, link may be blocked randomly for a short time will also lead frequent handovers. In this paper, we...

As more and people choose high-speed rail (HSR) as a means of transportation for short trips, there is ever growing demand high quality multimedia services. With its rich spectrum resources, millimeter wave (mm-wave) communications can satisfy the network capacity requirements HSR. Also, it possible receivers (RXs) to be equipped with antenna arrays in mm-wave communication systems due wavelength. However, HSRs run speed, received signal power (RSP) varies rapidly over cell lowest at edge...

Rail transportation, especially, high-speed rails (HSR), is an important infrastructure for the development of national economy and promotion passenger experience. Due to large bandwidth, millimeter wave (mmWave) communication regarded as a promising technology meet demand high data rates. However, since mmWave has characteristic attenuation, mobile relay (MR) considered in this paper. Also, full-duplex (FD) communications have been proposed improve spectral efficiency. because speed, well...

In this paper, an 8*8 phased array antenna is used to conduct measurement campaigns in the 26GHz frequency band indoor scenario. Based on measured data, typical channel parameters such as delay, power, angle of arrival, and departure are clustered. The measurements captured spatial properties millimeter-wave (mm-wave) propagation with a center 26 GHz. After analyzing data using K-means clustering algorithm, A CDL model was built for scenario, which useful design performance evaluation...

Hybrid analog/digital precoding has attracted growing attention for millimeter wave (mmWave) communications, since it can support multi-stream data transmission with limited hardware cost. A main challenge in implementing hybrid is that the channels will exhibit frequency-selective fading due to large bandwidth. To this end, we propose a practical scheme finite-resolution phase shifters by leveraging correlation among subchannels. Furthermore, utilize sparse feature of mmWave design...

An iterative joint beamforming algorithm taking the low-resolution phase shifters (PSs) into account is proposed for millimetre-wave communications. Furthermore, performance degradation incurred by PSs analysed. Simulation results show that can achieve comparable with existing alternatives in terms of array gains and convergence rates but limited hardware cost. Thus, scheme be an acceptable tradeoff between complexity.

Two different deembedding methods, including open-short method and open-short-load+c are discussed in this paper. These techniques used to remove all parasitic elements of the device. Comparisons between were made using measured simulated data on InP HEMT. The results indicate that better accuracy is achieved high frequency.
