Fuzzy data analyses on metal nanocluster composites prepared by Cu ion implantation have been studied. Fast nonlinear optical refraction and absorption coefficients were measured at 790 nm for the Z-scan technique. With increase of annealing temperature, size nanoclusters increased significantly, nonlinearities was enhanced. analysis indicated that changing ingredient configuration in silica, different properties could be selectively obtained.
