This paper proposes a W-band all-dielectric lens antenna with the characteristic flat-top beam. The loaded on horn is composed of 10 concentric elliptical rings and tapered matching layer. Its geometries are optimized by non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II). designed at 92-97 GHz achieves beamwidth 40° ripple level less than 1 dB in E-plane H-plane.
