Mediastinal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC) may manifest in different presentations including systemic symptoms and local mass symptoms. We report two cases of presenting with pulmonary artery compression The first case is a 38-year-old Asian man which mimicked embolism, the second one 27-year-old woman who presented fainting respiratory due to effect.
